Radical Candor

Kim Scott
The main premise is the empathy map and it's told through the lens of Kim's career. Like so many books with a single concept it could be a lot shorter. Instead Kim's career is drawn out, it is interesting to go through what seems like a candid and frank account of her management experiences, it just wasn't what I was expecting. The concept of radical candor is fully embedded in my mind by about the half way point, you can stop there. Sure there are some interesting management anecdotes further in but nothing that keeps you wanting more.
